Our satisfaction guaranteed policy enables you to return any purchase within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be complete, with all items present as well as box in original condition. Returns should include - The original box, and packaging in new condition, remote, HDMI cord, power cords, power unit, batteries and manuals. Any of these items not being present may result in your return being declined. Partial returns are not accepted. Please message us with any questions regarding this policy.
